Strawberry Hill House

In the past 24 hours the Trustees have been advised by the local planning authority that our plans for ten apartments on the Strawberry Hill site in Tunbridge Wells will be granted, subject to final agreement on financial contributions to their Social Housing Schemes. The final negotiations with the planners are currently taking place. The new design means that there is one additional apartment to our orginal proposal and that most of the other apartments will be increased in size.
