It’s our Autumn Fayre this Saturday!

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Autumn Fayre this Saturday!

It is being held at Mayfield Village Hall, East Sussex TN20 6PJ from 10am to 2pm. All of our popular stalls of home-made preserves and cakes will be there again, along with freshly baked bread, seasonal plants, our charity Christmas cards and much more!

We will also be serving tea, coffee, cakes and light lunches, or treat yourself to a bacon roll or hot dog from our BBQ!

Whilst the government has relaxed the Covid-19 regulations, the Management Committee of Mayfield Hall have requested that we follow some additional guidelines, to ensure that all attendees feel safe in using the hall. We would politely request that a face covering is worn, but this is entirely at your own discretion. There will be a sanitising station at the entrance and social distancing is encouraged.

This also means that we have to reduce the numbers at our presentations. We will therefore be holding two presentations, at 11.30am and 12.30pm to ensure everyone who wishes to see the presentation can do so.

It is a mandatory requirement that if you or anyone in your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days, is awaiting a Covid-19 result or has been contacted by Track & Trace as a result of being in contact with someone who they know has developed Covid-19 symptoms, then they should NOT attend the Fayre. Should you develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 72 hours of visiting the Fayre then you must use the Test, Track and Trace system to alert others with whom you have been in contact.

We thank you for your understanding and co-operation in this regard and look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.
