News Item from the Oak Tree Homes Trust

The trustees are delighted to announce that subject to contract a deal has been achieved on a parcel of ground in Tunbridge Wells. The site is a cleared one and is along Broadwater Down. Further details and the progress of the Sale will be announced at our Autumn Fayre which will be held on Saturday 3rd November at Mayfield Village Hall in East Sussex (TN20 6BD).

The doors will be open at 10am with a short update on the Work of the Trust. This will include a brief report on the agreement to purchase some development land in Broadwater Down in Tunbridge Wells.

The Fayre will officially open at 10:30am. The OTHT cafe will be open for drinks and snacks, and will be serving light lunches from 11.30-1.30. Stalls will include Homemade Bread, Cake Stall,  Jams & Chutneys as well as Christmas Gifts & Cards. Outside there will be a BBQ selling hot dogs and homemade burgers, and a hand car wash.
